Today I found some sound effects, mainly ambient such as wind. So I placed some sound effects in areas where there are things to do, such as the village, the castle and the rocky area. I also couldn’t figure out how to fix the axis on the skeletons so I took a blank model that mysteriously had all the axis working properly and started giving them the weapons I made in the first few weeks. I also made it possible for the skeletons to die if they are hit enough times. The same is not yet true for the player.
I also made it so that if the player gets too close to the ghost then the ghost will relentlessly charge at the player until the player gets out of range again. The ghost then uses the ghostly roar audio file I found when the player gets out of range. It rather fittingly sounds like a roar of frustration. The player will have to rely on the sprint function to get out of the ghost’s range.
