I have spent all this week editing the music video I shot last week. I have been using FinalCut to edit the footage captured. I began by editing different angles into a sequence to create the core footage for the video, this took quite a long time as I tried to keep continuity between the footage and tried to make it look like a one camera shoot. In order to achieve this I had to colour correct the footage individually, as the two cameras we used gave very different look to the footage. Following this I need to add in a few cutaways, apply some effects to the overall footage and apply some final tweaks before I can be happy with the video. I really enjoy editing and have especially enjoyed editing a music video, I would love to work on more music videos in the future.
